The Boy

This post is dedicated to

this boy right here:

The most handsome, considerate, adorable,

talented, funnest, and greatest man that I have ever met.

Our TWO YEAR anniversary is a few weeks

away but I decided I couldn't wait any longer to post

about this darling dood.

We also already exchanged anniversary presents.

We were just too amped not to!

I bought him the most kick-ass TOMS shoes that are

dark blue with little gold anchors all over them [pictures soon to come].

They are UNREAL.

Like usual, Max left me speechless and in tears

after I opened my gifts.

We already knew we were getting each other TOMS shoes

but the man had a few tricks up his sleeve.

Originally I wanted the grey TOMS sneaks, but

since they're discontinued and sold out literally EVERYWHERE

I settled for another color.

I opened the box and this is what I found:

My incredible man woke up at 8am

to race across town to be at the

store right when they opened so he could get

the LAST and ONLY pair

that just happened to be in MY size!

[months prior we had tried endlessly to find them with no luck]

But, that wasn't all he had in store for me.

After I opened the box and was rendered speechless.

He went into the closet and pulled out a bag.

what did I find?

THESE:

The shoes I had been drooling over a couple weeks ago.

At that point I was in tears.

Not because I got spectacular gifts but because

of how lucky I am to have such an unbelievably thoughtful

guy, and proof that even when I'm rambling about

my latest clothing finds and obsessions he is

always. listening.

My man, my best friend, the love of my life.

I adore and admire you in so many ways.
