God save the shrimp!


A couple days ago my mama and I 
had a lovely lunch date, which these days are few and far between
because life has been insanely busy in the best of ways.
Who knew my adorable carnivore/hippie earth loving madre would 
love a vegan feast!

Stir frying our yummy vegan shrimp...mmmmm

our divine brown rice pasta....

The chili sauce made them extra extra delicioso


Lunch:
Vegan shrimp with chili oil and
brown rice pasta drizzled with olive oil
and sprinkled with a smidge of garlic powder
and vegan parmesan cheese.
YUM.

Now, I am topping off my dinner from
Lotus Vegan with some 
graham crackers and MAPLE BUTTER
also, delish on some toast.
